The part most people get wrong about an LED lighting project is not the wattage math. It is finding a supplier that treats a small order as if it matters.

I’m the office administrator for a 30-person hospitality design and installation company. I have managed purchasing since 2021, which means I sign off on roughly 60 to 80 orders a year for lighting parts, control gear, and hardware. A major part of my job is making sure the installers get the right part on the first trip.
